The real story.
121 Properties was founded in 2007 and named for Psalm 121 - 'I lift up my eyes to the hills.' We're a Knoxville-based, locally owned and operated rental housing company. With rental homes across the city, owned and operated by people who live here. No corporate call centers, no out-of-state owners. Just well-kept homes and straight dealing.
